It all started with our founder, Sarra Bejaoui, who was the very first SmartPA. Her goal was to create an admin and business support service focussed not on what she did, but how she did it; to change the way this sector was perceived, experienced and valued. Fast forward 12 years and our community spans the globe, with over 200 SmartPAs, 14 countries, 15 languages and 3000+ clients. Our passion for supporting business growth has not changed since.
Everything we do is about people. We train the best SmartPAs via our accreditation program and ensure that their knowledge and skills are matched perfectly with our clients’ requirements. It’s our job to support your business performance and growth, so our client support is both proactive and of a consistent, high standard. While the work may be completed remotely, relying on someone to support your business growth is a personal thing, so our people are at the centre of our organisation. These are real people, doing real jobs and supporting real businesses. Ours is the only community of its kind; our SmartPAs are all experienced business owners and are extremely passionate about their service and clients.

A free onboarding session is also included which not only educates your SmartPA on what systems and processes you use but gives you a chance to explain your vision, mission, how you like to work and what you want your business to achieve. This way, your PA can adapt their support to precisely what you need.
Every year we receive over 800 applications to become a SmartPA, so you can imagine our talentpool is incredibly broad. Each and every one of our SmartPAs go through an 8 week bespoke training and accreditation programme which ensures their admin services are of a consistent, high standard and that your business is in safe hands - we call this the SmartPA Method.
